All Cellutions orders are shipped from Miami, FL 33178. All shipping calculations are based on orders shipped within the United States. Additional shipping time and costs may be required for all orders being shipped outside of the U.S.

USPS Ground Service
Approved orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. Once an order is shipped, it will take approximately 4-7 business days to reach its final destination within the United States.

USPS Priority Mail
Approved orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. Once an order is shipped, it will take approximately 2-3 business days to reach its final destination within the United States.

USPS Express Mail
Approved orders received before 6 p.m. will be processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. These orders will be shipped via next day air.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact Cellutions immediately at: info@modjolife.com. Cellutions cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.


Refunds & Exchanges
Cellutions wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For online purchases, we will accept merchandise in its original condition for a credit or exchange when it is accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise which has been worn, used or altered in any way. For safety reasons, we require that all returned consumer products be unopened and in its original packaging.

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong merchandise, we will exchange the merchandise and refund to your credit card the shipping charges incurred to return the goods to us. Cellutions reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that it determines does not meet its return/exchange requirements.
